Which notepad app would you recommend for Android? (functionality like Notepad on Windows; just plain text editor).
My requirements:
- lightweight
- fast loading
- customizable font

Text Edit works well for me. The main screen's menu has New File, Save, Save As, Open and Recent, with a sensible set of options. |

I use Jota Text Editor, though it doesn't appear to have a recent documents feature. |

Classic Notes Lite is great for all of these things. It supports multiple fonts, the default menu is recent files, and it is very light and fast. i've been using it for a while now and it's my favorite by far. Lots of good options in the menus too ;) |
