I can access my keypad when making a call, however when receiving a call i can't. Our home gate phones in on my cell and i need to press 9 to open the gate. how can i access my keypad on incoming calls?

Hi Suzanne and welcome to the site. It shouldn't be any different on an incoming to outgoing call? Don't you see a Keypad button at the bottom of the screen? What phone have you got, and do you know which Android version you're running? – GAThrawn Sep 23 '11 at 9:58
I don’t know what was wrong however I took the battery out for a minute and after that it started working :) – Suzzanne Klopper Sep 26 '11 at 13:45
