I'm starting a wiki to compile a short list of browsers, apps, extensions, etc. that allow users to easily link or bookmark webpages between their PC and phone. This is ultimately just a "best apps" question, so answers should be made CW. I placed an answer below. Any other suggestions are appreciated!

One great way to send links from your PC to your phone (when using Chrome) is the Google Chrome to Phone Extension. Once you're on the page you want, you click the Chrome to Phone link in Chrome and a link to the page appears in the notification bar on your phone (and you must be signed in to google). I find it very useful.

If you're running Android 4.0+, just use Google Chrome both on PC and Android, and associate it with the same Google account. This allows you to sync your browsers so that you can see open tabs from both locations on all devices. You can even have multiple PCs/OSs synced, just use the same Google account.

Another extension that let's you send pages to your phone is LinkPush, which works on phones pre-Froyo. It has Chrome and Firefox extensions, and then Javascript bookmarklets for any other browser. |

I stumbled upon the alter-ego of the chrome-to-phone extension - the android2cloud app. This let's you send a URL from your phone to your PC (Chrome browser). To send a URL from phone to PC, select menu > more > share > android2cloud. The link will open in your browser if you're in front of your PC, or be available on the extension bar later.
Set up is somewhat complicated but the tool itself works very nicely. |

I was looking for bookmark sync for my Android phone too and initially considered Delicious but for some reason none of two available mobile clients worked properly (2.3.6). I ended up registering and using service diigo.com |
