I have a system update that will not install. This happened a few weeks ago and I had to boot into the recovery menu and clear the install cache. The update then completed successfully. I now have a new system update that is doing the same thing, however I am unable to boot into recovery mode. I have tried holding both volume buttons and the optical button at the bottom. Nothing I do seems to get me to the menu. Ideas?
