After a factory-reset on my Samsung Spica, followed by a recovery setup the phone keeps hanging with the setup-wizard. Does anybody has a solution for that?

OK, it's not recovery setup, it's the recovery mode by pressing volume down, call and stop. with that I'm getting to the point where I have to setup a google account, wich I do. But after that I cannot leave that wizard because it's asking me to setup another one and so on.

Good news, I've done it myself! With the help of Sameer Prabhakar's flashing-guide wich I found in www.greaky.com It's very well explained and even though I have never done things like flashing a phone it worked out pretty well :-) and I'm back to life!

Could you be more specific about what "recovery setup" is and what happens when it hangs? (Crash, freeze, error message, etc.) – Matthew Read♦ Feb 18 '12 at 21:46
