I have a samsung Nexus s II with android Ice Cream Sandwich OS on it.The headphone does ONLY work with phone application. It does not work with other applications (mainly media player). Any idea?

Which headphones are you using? Does the sound come out of the device speakers when playing media? – Matthew Read♦ Feb 22 '12 at 16:13
