I have been trying to update the firmware on my tablet and I keep getting an error message like this:

Unknown update.archos.com Download unsuccessful.

I tried it several times and got the same message. I have selected the download for the correct model number so I don't know what to do next.

is the device successfully connected to wifi? it sounds like it is unable to connect to the update.archos.com host like it is unable to resolve the address. Can you get to update.archos.com from the browser on the device? – Ryan Conrad Feb 23 '12 at 23:40
