Do you know any software that would do the simplest anti-virus procedures, but with low memory consumption? Or one for only classify installed apps downloaded from alternative markets to secure or non-secure?

App recommendations are generally off-topic, as they amount to basic shopping recommendations, unless you can provide a particularly stringent set of requirements and examples of what you have tried and why it was insufficient.
