I need a phone with Android operating system that supports voice search, and speech recognition. How can I understand if a phone supports voice recognition or not? Does each phone with Android support speech recognition? Or does it also depend on the hardware of the phone?

Thanks in advance!

All the android phones i know of has voice actions, but in Android 4.0 it is increased so you can write email, text messages and so on with the voice actions.. – dev0 Mar 6 '12 at 22:30
All phones I know of work fine with voice recognition apps, such as Google's Voice Search. You really just need a microphone. That said, SE does specific questions about "problems" -- not lists. Check out the FAQ. – Matthew Read Mar 7 '12 at 3:15
