I can't find where the files are saved after I download them from an email message. I'd be glad if you could direct me to the location.

That should be /sdcard/Downloads, replace /sdcard with wherever your "data storage" is. You can also access them using the App "Downloads".

Also you need program like ES File explorer to browse /sdcard/Downloads. –  roxan May 19 '12 at 17:31

Umm, I'm not really sure about this... it seems your attachment is a RAR file, and the extraction goes to that folder. On the other hand, Gmail has no connection with RAR Lab at all. –  Andrew T. 4 hours ago
