Please correct me if I'm wrong but.. is there a voice recorder app that came with the vanilla gingerbread (having no mods and skins of manufacturers)?

If so, can anyone be kind enough to share it with me? (The APK) I know there are a lot of apps like that on the play store but I'd still prefer the one straight from the OS itself.
