I've attempted this using AndroIRC, but the server tells me DCC is disabled over 3G even though I'm connected on Wi-Fi.

Is there a specific setting in AndroIRC or should I try a different IRC app?

I'm out of ideas.

Ahhhhh, just found a review saying AndroIRC is missing DCC. – Ampersand Jul 9 '12 at 17:17
