I would like to change landscape mode on home screen without using any launcher application. I prefer default home screen to other launcher. I just want to change landscape mode on my default home screen.

Does your default launcher support landscape mode? Many do not. If it does then this is probably a duplicate of How to quickly lock screen to landscape? (but otherwise you'll need some other kind of solution). – eldarerathis♦ Jul 13 '12 at 13:48
