I need to be able to see 4 devices using adb with a hub. When all 4 are connected with usb debugging enabled only 1 of 4 shows up, and even if that devices is unplugged and a different device uses that cable then none show up. When I plug two devices into my laptop with two separate cables on two ports then two show up, but 4 on a powered usb hub doesn't work at all. Any ideas or ways to fix this?

You might have a power issue with your hub. Try using a self powered hub instead of a bus powered one (the latter only allows 500mA across all 4 phones). Can you give me feedback if this is the case? – ce4 Jul 19 '12 at 21:05
Can you specify: 1) What OS are you using? 2) What are the four devices brand and model? 3) If plugged all together, they showed up on your OS? – Zuul Jul 19 '12 at 21:42
Actually it works all of a sudden now, it was 2 Galaxy Nexuses, 1 Galaxy Note, and an HTC One S – sbrichards Jul 19 '12 at 22:13

Works now, User Error it appears.
