So I've wiped my Asus / Google Nexus 7 tablet, and reinstalled Dead Trigger from the Android Market (Google Play Store). How do you log into Dead Trigger with your user account? Do you have to play through the first mission where you escape into the garage, or is there another way to do it? I can't find any option in the tools menu (tap the gears).

I think you need to unlock it to the part where the New Hope building is already accessible.
