I'm looking for scripts, one-liners, hidden settings, performance tweaks, tips, apps, anything about how to squeeze even a few percent more speed, battery, RAM out of CyanogenMod (ideally version 9 or 10). Preferably nothing device-specific.

I've never really found a resource on the net that has a complete, up-to-date, effective list.

You can't find such a list because every user and device combination is different. Usage pattern, preferences, interests, etc. all affect the "optimal" setting. – Ampersand Jul 30 '12 at 13:32
