I upgraded the os on my Samsung Galaxy SII and had some challenges, however the tech team for Sprint where I go fixed them all except my e-mail. Here is what is going on. I now can receive mail but not send. I have set the account up on another phone excactly like mine and same thing. What is strange is that it did send for about 6 hours after the upgrade and again a few days later it sent for about 48 hours and now nothing. Any ideas?

Have you done all of the usual things with apps are misbehaving? Clear the cache? Clear data? Force stop? Remove and re-add the account? Remove and reinstall the app? – Al E. Aug 8 '12 at 19:45
yes, I have and so did the techs. It also shows it sending and then that it sent and if you look in sent folders it is there too. but the recipient never receives. Sprint told me that android would eventually fix the problem, have you heard of anyone else since they released the update have this challenge? – sandy Aug 8 '12 at 20:40
