I am trying to upgrade the firmware for my Galaxy S Plus. I have KIES SW installed in my PC, but when I try to connect my phone to the PC, KIES is not recognizing the phone.

The phone's USB debugging is switched off, USB mode switched to Samsung KIES.

Is there anything I can do?
