I create a playlist from my PC. The playlist successfully appears on my Spotify android app. I then add a song (not from my local music). It successfully syncs and appears on my phone.

But when I try to add any local music, any audio file of any kind (mp3, etc), the file immediately appears in the playlist on my phone, but undownloaded. When I click and select download, the download seems to begin, but the progress bar forever remains at 0%.

Any ideas?
