I purchased Karbon A9, 3 months back. When making a call the screen turns off and now it is not getting charged. I don't know what to do. Can any one please suggest a solution?

I purchased it in Vijayawada's "BigC". Will they replace my mobile? Thanks in advance.

If you purchased it from a genuine authorised dealer, the phone should be under warranty. Return it and ask for a replacement. – Sparx Sep 17 '12 at 6:31
Have you tried charging through a USB port of a computer - just to isolate the problem with your charger? – Narayanan Sep 17 '12 at 6:32
