I have the same problem as described here. The only difference is that my tablet is Archos 7 Home Tablet with Android 2.2.

So far, I connected the tablet to my laptop via USB and backed up my data.

Now, the tablet is connected to my laptop with Ubuntu 12.04. Is there some application running on Ubuntu that will help me to reset the tablet to the factory settings? How could I do that?
