I downloaded the OWA through Exchange Server on my Android Samsung Galaxy Ace. and now its not letting me send text messages and it states "security policy disallows composing new text"

I need both, my OWA mails and the text messaging capability...why is this an issue in android. I have an iPhone and Blackberry too and this does not happen there
