October 2012 Latest version of Kies and latest drivers downloaded Phone connects to Kies begins display of contents and then Kies suddenly shuts down. It used to work OK. I also tried different USB ports on the PC. I want to back up the phone. I forgot to say I am using 2.3.5 Gingerbread.xxjvt I do realise I can copy my files using Windows Explorer Jeremy
