All the files on my S3 device (4.04) that carry a name in hebrew are empty and can't be removed after I restart the device.

Please advice

Easiest advice: Don't use Hebrew (or, for that case, other non-latin) letters for file names. Though it might seem handy, I often found it causing problems -- not only on Android. Slicha -- but that's the only advice I can give for this. – Izzy Oct 7 '12 at 0:09
