After my latest upgrade of Android (now version 4.0.4) whenever I try to use Voice Talk to ring someone I get a message that says "Network Error. Please Try Again".

I have network connection (I can browse the internet/check email/Facebook/etc). The problem happens both on 3G connections and on WiFi.

I have tried Voice Recognizer set to "Google" and "Samsung powered by VLingo" and get the same error on both

Not sure what changed but the voice recognition now works on WiFi, but not 3G – Greg Oct 17 '12 at 4:38
