I'm looking for something similar to Droid VNC Server that will allow me to control my Droid with my computer without having to install the SDK. I'm not looking for something that just lets me transfer files and change settings, I'm looking for my Android screen to display on the computer and have full control of the phone with my keyboard and mouse. Any ideas or suggestions?

Update: Let me add some clarification on exactly what I'm trying to do. I have a laptop at work running Windows XP and I want to be able to essentially turn that laptop into a screen and keyboard for my Moto Droid. I do not have access to the internet on the laptop and that is not going to change. The laptop has wifi but there are no wireless routers within reach and that is also not going to change. There is no bluetooth. I can also connect via USB (although it might be USB 1 not 2). So basically my connection options are ad hoc wireless (direct connect) or USB. I can install some light software like a VNC client or if possible ADB alone but I don't want to put the whole Android SDK on it. It may be possible for me to install a USB bluetooth dongle but this will be a pain and I only want to do it if I am sure it will yield the desired result.
Beyond that I'd love to just use my phone on my home computer and there I can do just about anything I want but while I haven't done it I think I know how (it's just not a high priority). That being said I am still interested in solutions that would fit this less restrictive scenerio but I am really looking for a way to accomplish the former.
