I use Astrid for my to-do list. However I can't sync the web app with the Android app.

Make sure that you logged in to the website with the account that you are using on your phone - you should then see tasks being synced between the web site and your Android device.

I logged in website but in my phone Astrid app don't wanted any username/password from me. – MJM Oct 22 '12 at 11:36
I just installed Astrid again and it asked me to login with Google, Facebook or email. Try looking in the menu in the Account & Settings section in the Android app. Also make sure you have the latest version of Astrid installed - I don't think older versions had this option – Martyn Oct 22 '12 at 11:43
