I've previously happily synced my DI with using HTC Sync on my old laptop (Windows XP) and now I want to sync it with my new, replacement laptop (Windows 7). I downloaded the latest version of HTC Sync on the new laptop, connected my DI, and HTC Sync thinks it's done what I asked. But, my photos aren't transferred to my laptop, my events aren't transferred or updated, and my contacts aren't updated. So it actually didn't do anything. Any ideas?

I have the same issue. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it won't sync at all, and sometimes it syncs duplicate items as new items and I end up with multiple copies of appoints, pictures, contacts. Gets irritating and I finally gave up trying. – BBlake Dec 3 '10 at 23:38
