I still do not have the habit of turning off my phone network. And you know, when you receive a call with any problem, you can spend hours and hours .. but the most annoying is SMS, I've the Galaxy SIII and I can block calls but can't block all sms, from an hour to another hour. That is why I ask you, do you know an application that would do it for me? Eg: Blocking all SMS and CALL from 6am to 6pm?

You could also use an app called Tasker, which does a whole lot more than calls. It can automate your whole device and once you overcome the learning curve, then it's worth the $6.
