I have the Samsung admire from metro pcs. would the new apple I phone 5 ear buds work with my phone? now I know its a 3.5mm entry slot, and the head phones would obviously work. but how about the mic?

The mic should also work, if the earpods have "music controls", that part may not work because those are usually propitiatory with apple products – Ryan Conrad Nov 20 '12 at 2:23
Mic might not work, I've tried it with a couple of other android phones and it didn't work. See this link. – Sen Jacob May 7 at 19:02
