The first one means your phone is connected in debug mode to a computer, and the other that it's on vibration mode :) – Adinia Dec 3 '12 at 9:04
@Adinia, Thanks. Please put it as a answer and I will mark it as correct. – Jack Dec 3 '12 at 9:11

The first one you asked about means the phone is connected in debug mode to a computer: enter image description here

and the phone between zig-zag lines means it's on vibration mode.

what the icon on the 5th from left side from your picture (One icon with the H + and up arrow and down arrow.? – Jack Dec 3 '12 at 9:41
@Jack That means that the phone is currently connected to a HSPA+ phone network (better speeds than 3G, but not quite 4G), in your picture your phone is connected to wifi, which is why it doesn't show the phone data connection type. – GAThrawn Dec 3 '12 at 9:42
Please note that the USB debugging icon varies depending on the version of Android, for example in 4.0 (ICS) it is an ice cream sandwich shaped android, in 4.1 (JB) it is a jelly bean shaped android head, etc. Vibration mode icon has changed in new versions of Android too (currently being a tilted smartphone with straight lines surrounding it). – Francisco Alvarado Dec 3 '12 at 14:17
