I have a motorola xoom WiFi, UK version, which has only just recieved the ICS update, I want to unlock the bootloader so I can root the device, install clockworkmod, flash US settings and get Jellybean
How would I go about doing this.
So far I have run the adb code, adb backup -all -f /home/backup.ab
But it seems to be stuck at com.android.providers.contacts for over an hour, and this is the second attempt.
Is there any alternative way to doing this without losing any of my data. I've had the device for nearly a year now, and you can imagine, as an android enthusiast and a developer that I'd have a lot of important stuff on there.
