I put my Samsung Galaxy S 19000 phone on a wet table top. I saw some water droplets in the USB port. When I tried to charge my phone, it is not showing the charging animation which used to be there on the top right corner. When I checked the detailed battery status in the 'setting', it shows charging. And, the battery is actually getting charged.

How do I get back the battery charging animation?

Device: Samsung Galaxy S 19000
OS: CM 10

I am on CM10.1-20121222-NIGHTLY-i9100, and the animation moves. Have you tried updating to the latest nightly? – geffchang Dec 26 '12 at 12:45
This would seem to suggest that "water droplets in the USB port" is a red herring? – w3d Dec 26 '12 at 14:45
