In the mobile app of evernenter image description hereote, How come some notes get automatically tagged of the location?

This has happrned with the recentnotes that I have created and I did not have GPS turned on. Neither do I use Google Maps or any similar app at all. Only my packet data connection was on.

The loction tagged by Evernote is quite accurate.
