I just got a Galaxy S3. I can't get my Outlook to take. Neither could the store rep.

I need access to my work emails. My Yahoo connected fine. But it says no response from server for Outlook, or else incorrect username/password. I know my password.

What could be wrong, and how can I get it working?

Welcome to ASE, Stuck! Unfortunately your question lacks some details, so it is hard for us to provide help. What app(s) you are using? The pre-installed mail app? Or dedicated apps for each, Yahoo and "Outlook"? When talking about "Outlook", do you mean access to the company's Exchange server? Did you verify all settings (maybe a mis-spelling in some server/domain name)? – Izzy Jan 19 at 13:48
