I have tried everything, but nothing I do seems to work. When I try to connect to my router, it tells me it's connected, but I cannot browse the internet. I have tried everything on my router. I even opened my network, but still nothing.

There are several apps on the playstore to track network problems -- you might give them a try. Some examples: OS Monitor (for Tablet ) shows you the network interfaces including the IPs they've got (maybe you didn't obtain any because of DHCP troubles?), and also shows you open connections. Further, Network Tools let's you check a lot of things. – Izzy Jan 19 at 13:54
