I lost my Samsung Galaxy Pocket two weeks ago but I had signed up for a Samsung account and also lookout installed, please any help.

At-least if I can get to know the phone number inside I can take over from there.

All you have to do is log into Lookout by clicking here, go to the missing devices section and there should be a "Locate" button (or something that) which you can press. If it's been stolen, I would suggest you make your phone scream too - which you can also do from the Lookout website.

If it's stolen and you make it scream, this just let's the thief know there is some security stuff installed -- so he most likely will do a wipe, and you lose all control forever. "Scream" is good if you don't know where in your flat you put your device. For a stolen device, I'd rather recommend GPS tracking and the police department. If you've got some data on it, retrieve it -- and for privacy reason maybe wipe it. "Screaming" to the thief won't be very helpful ;) – Izzy Jan 23 at 12:41
Heh! Shame Lookout does not taser or flamethrows...</offtopic> xD – t0mm13b Jan 23 at 15:42
@Izzy I agree, which is why I suggested using the locate function first, but I also suggested the scream function so that, in case the thief is out in public, it'll bring attention to him. Then when the phone owner tracks the guy's location, if the thief has fled the location by the time police get there, they can ask around to see if anyone noticed a guy holding a screaming phone. – Miss Z Jan 24 at 1:55
@MissZ Do as you like. But I doubt the thief will hold the device in front of himself to show "Here! It's me!". There might be a chance somebody matches the noise with the thief -- but the other chances (see above) are much higher. Again, this might be subjective -- I just wanted to point out the risks :) – Izzy Jan 24 at 8:14
All I know is if I saw a guy with a screaming phone who then ran off leaving the phone behind, I'd remember what he looked like long enough to tell the police when they arrive. Oh, I agree with you, it's important to shed light on all risks involved. Your input is very valuable, @Izzy! – Miss Z Jan 25 at 1:36
