I am using Samsung Galaxy Gio with Android Version 2.3.6. Its 1+ year old.

I have only few (2-3) applications than default ones, which either on SD card or internal memory, but there were many applications installed and uninstalled earlier.

Now out of 181 MB of memory, 167 MB is used up and phone is giving warning "Internal phone storage is getting low".

Is it because of my earlier installation and un-installation of applications, which left many files in internal memory or something else?

How can I clear not needed files from internal storage?
