1.) Backes SRT AppGuard can supposedly disable/override many permissions an app might have... but what can/does it NOT override?

I seem to remember reading on the website that SRT AppGuard might not be able to (or won't at this stage) disable some permissions. But for the life of me, I can't find that paragraph again!

Backes SRT website : http://www.backes-srt.de/produkte/srt-appguard/

When having re-installed an app with appguard, there is (for example) no option to disable "read sensitive log data". This is a worry when I know the permission has been requested by the app on install.

2.) Also, are monitored apps given a unique key?

I read somewhere that SRT AppGuard re-signs the apps itself when compiling them, but the person wasn't sure if the new keys were unique. Is this a serious issue?
