I previously updated my HTC Sensation VE Beats and as a result I have subsequently lost the dialing pad. I am only able to call people after saving them direct to contacts. The dial icon does appear at the bottom of the home page and contacts page but just disappears

Can this be resolved easily?

Might help to get a screen capture of this happening? Its rather difficult to get that visually perceived from reading your question... :) – t0mm13b Feb 20 at 22:16
