I have some speakers in the basement hooked up to a stereo jack in the kitchen to play music for the kids while they play. What I would like to do is occasionally talk into the phone (or nexus tablet) and say something on the speakers.
I know there are apps for recording and playing audio. What I haven't been able to find is an app that can connect the built-in microphone with the external audio.
