I go running in the morning and I'd like to use the Sony Internet TV in the basement without waking up my family. Is there any way to connect my Galaxy Nexus to the TV as a wireless headphone set, so that audio streams from the TV to my phone? My TV model is the Sony HX929.

I know this app on the Google play: Wireless Headphone that does exactly what you want. You need a 3.5mm-to-3.5mm audio cable and connect your TV's headphone output to your laptop microphone input. And then you can listen to the audio on your Android phone.

@SergeyVlasov then simply correct it by editing the post. Earns you a little rep even -- OK, next time :) –  Izzy Jun 2 '13 at 17:24
