I have a problem. I have a mobile phone with Android 4.0.4. It is a dual SIM mobile phone. One of the SIM cards doesn't send text messages (SMS) so I tried to fix this by searching on SIM settings and maybe I changed something in there.

Now, my phone stops on the first image Android booting. I cannot turn off the phone. I take out the battery. I tried again and the same thing happened. I am not sure if it has something to do with what I did to the SIM card settings.

I tried with one SIM card, another SIM card and no SIM card.

1 of 7-8 tries phone starts. It works fine and after 10 seconds it reboots. Then I keep trying to start the phone but it stops on the booting image again and again.

I tried volume down + power, volume up + power, volume down + volume up + power, menu + power. It just starts and stops on Android image booting. No restore or other menu.

Ones I succeeded to reset to factory settings (Android worked enough times to do that) but then the same thing happened, it stops on booting.

I tried to clear applications cache but I have not enough time. I do not have many other applications. Just the usual, Opera, Facebook and another one. I don't think I have them anymore.

My Windows XP does not see the phone any more, just occasionally.
