I want to install a bash terminal emulation on my factory Android Gingerbread mobile? Is this even possible without a rooted gingerbread? Where can I find a good bash terminal emulation? I need it for remote server application.

Rooting will be very specific to the device you have. Let's keep one question to a single question, shall we? Have you looked for your device in the rooting tag? –  Al E. May 27 '13 at 19:50

Search for terminal in google play, the first thst appears has ssh on it,i use it to.It is made by Jack Palevich. I can't give you direct link because i am writeing from my phone. The problem is, I think you need to be rooted
