I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 on AT&T (I747, d2att) and I'm having problems updating it from CyanogenMod 10.1 RC1 to RC4. As mentioned here, it's not easily possible to upgrade, as it seems that the latest RC requires an updated firmware.

However, I can't find the firmware anywhere for my device. How can I upgrade my firmware for my device so I can upgrade to 10.1 RC4?

While I cannot give you a direct answer: you might want to check Where can I find stock or custom ROMs for my Android device? For Samsung devices, SamMobile might also be a good address. They also have a firmware section. –  Izzy Jun 4 '13 at 22:48
