This is the default Lenovo A390 recovery mode. To see the menu and navigate through the various options, press the power button.

To install it, do the following:
Download the minimal ADB/Fastboot for Windows from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0MKgCbUM0itVVFWRC02Q0VBQnc/view?usp=sharing&pli=1
Open the installer and say yes to install both ADB and the drivers. This will put some executables in a folder
adb located in
C:\, and add the location to the path, so that you can execute it from any location

Turn off your phone, connect it to your PC with an USB cable and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons: you'll enter into fastboot mode
Open a command prompt (Start menu --> cmd.exe) and address the following commands:
cd C:\adb (Let's go inside the folder to make sure our commands will be found)
fastboot devices (You should see some hexadecimal code and "device", which will mean it is correctly connected and working)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (The recovery ROM will be flashed to your phone)
Done. Now, when you hold Power and Volume Up, you should get to CWM recovery.
