I bought phone which contains 2GB internal memory and 32GB as storage. I've also installed 16 GB External SD Card (I need to keep there photos, videos, films, gps maps etc). But now 32 GB is like inaccessible via programs:

Programs install to internal memory (2GB) when I move them to SD Card, they move to 16 GB SD Card, but I need move them to phone storage 32 GB, and install programs there. When I remove 16 GB Sd Card, phone sees 32 GB as priority SD Card. But When I install 16 GB External SD Card back, it's like 16 GB is priority SD Card where all programs could move there, and 32 GB is secondary SD Card.

How is it possible to make 32GB phone storage as priority and install programs (or move after installation) by default there?
