Showing emails in HTML as default
I have a Samsung Galaxy S2, running Ice Cream Sandwich 4.04.
How can I set up my emails to show as HTML, rather than having to dowload more content to view it properly? I am using Hotmail.

How can I get push notifications for emails in sub-folders?
How can I get push notifications for emails in my inbox's sub-folders? By default it pushes just inbox emails, not the other folders that are in inbox.
