When you are on home screen, press the Menu button, then Edit submenu and you will have all the panels displayed. A long press on one of it will select a panel, then you will be able to move it into the trash. You will be able to reduce the number of panels but no way to have more than 7 panels on a SGS2.

Home screen has seven panels that you can customize. You can't change the number of home screen panels. The quoted part simply means that there are seven panels that can be customized to your liking e.g: add shortcuts, widgets. I had the same problem, tried cleaning cache and data with no result. So I went in settings > applications > manage apps > all, picked the download manager and "uninstalled the updates". It told me the app would reset to factory settings, and when I started the phone again, it was running marketplace 3.4.4 and I managed to update and install apps normally ...

I have managed to install a custom rom to my Htc Wildfire S. This is the rom I used. I had to to a factory reset and I had to delete all the cache. Thanks again ...

To add the current page as a bookmark, in the browser: Menu->Bookmarks->Add Bookmark Then you can long click the bookmark and select 'Add Shortcut to Home' which will add an icon for the bookmark on the desktop. Alternatively, long click on the desktop, then select Add Item->Shortcut->Bookmark

Finally managed to fix this problem. Seems like performing the calibration with the use of a Goldcard solved it. I'll leave the link to the instruction here for anyone who may have the same issue. At android 2.3.3 you have to slide up/down the bar trying to move out of the screen. If you update the phone to Android 2.3.5 given by HTC the lock screen changes to were you have to move the green/red phone in the down grey ring, which may solve your problem.

i believe this is a problem with most stock messaging apps (i have had this problem with several stock sms apps, as i re-ROM a lot ;) ), and i believe the app may be comparing times with the cutoff at minutes, and have a filter that says if they're at the same time (same minute) display the incoming before the outgoing. Swype developers pulled the app from the market in favour of deals with manufacturers and networks to have the app pre-installed on phones. So the only way to obtain it is to find a copy of the app apk file and manually install it. I assume you mean 'draft' txt messages. Try this: Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Select the Messaging App Choose 'Clear Data' and also 'Clear Cache'. If not you could also factory reset the phone. Otherwise report it to HTC support
