Why do I need to remove my battery periodically to fix phone problems? @Monica Cellio: Actually the phone been "powered off" using the "shut down" command doesn't mean that the device is powered off - some of the circuitry will still be connected to the battery, otherwise how would it turn on when you press the button? |

Although I was told to charge my Android device before first use, it was already charged. Have I been given a phone rejected by someone else? @PRB: Well, Li-Ion batteries just can't be shipped uncharged, otherwise they die on the shelf, it's the manufacturer's fault that he doesn't have clear wording in the manual. |
